Mô hình DistilBERT tinh chỉnh để trích xuất thực thể bệnh lý từ văn bản y tế, đạt F1 0.86.
OpenMed-NER-PathologyDetect-TinyMed-135M là một mô hình Transformer được tinh chỉnh chuyên dụng để nhận diện thực thể bệnh (Disease Entity Recognition) từ văn bản y tế. Dựa trên DistilBERT, mô hình này được huấn luyện trên bộ dữ liệu NCBI Disease corpus — một tài nguyên chuẩn vàng chứa 793 trừu tượng PubMed với 6.892 nhắc đến bệnh được ánh xạ tới 790 khái niệm bệnh duy nhất từ MeSH và OMIM.
