🧬 Mô hình nhận dạng thực thể bệnh y tế hàng đầu với F1 đạt 0.91
Mô hình fine-tuned trên DeBERTa-v2, tinh uyển cho nhận dạng thực thể bệnh từ văn bản lâm sàng và khoa học.
Đây là mô hình chuyên dụng cho nhiệm vụ nhận dạng thực thể bệnh (Disease Entity Recognition), được huấn luyện trên bộ dữ liệu BC5CDR_DISEASE – một tập hợp 1.500 trừu cảnh PubMed với 5.818 thực thể bệnh được chú thích thủ công. Mô hình hỗ trợ trích xuất thực thể bệnh từ văn bản lâm sàng, báo cáo bệnh án, và công trình nghiên cứu y học, áp dụng cho các trường hợp như phát hiện tương tác thuốc, giám sát phản ứng phụ, và xây dựng kiến thức đồ thị sinh học.
