🧬 OpenMed-NER-DiseaseDetect-ElectraMed-109M: Mô hình nhận dạng thực thể bệnh chuyên dụng cho văn bản y tế
Mô hình NER chuyên biết nhận dạng tên bệnh từ văn bản y tế, đạt F1 0.87 trên BC5CDR.
OpenMed-NER-DiseaseDetect-ElectraMed-109M là mô hình transformer được tinh chỉnh để nhận dạng thực thể bệnh (disease entity recognition) từ văn bản lâm sàng, nghiên cứu và tài liệu y tế. Mô hình được huấn luyện trên bộ dữ liệu BC5CDR_DISEASE, gồm 1.500 trừờng trên PubMed với 5.818 thực thể bệnh được chú thích.
