Mô hình OpenMed-NER-OncologyDetect-SuperClinical-141M tinh luyện trên BIONLP2013_CG, nhận dạng chính xác các thực thể di truyền liên quan tới ung thư trong văn bản lâm sàng và nghiên cứu.
Mô hình OpenMed-NER-OncologyDetect-SuperClinical-141M là một mô hình transformer được tinh luyện chuyên biệt nhằm nhận dạng và trích xuất các thực thể sinh học liên quan tới ung thư từ văn bản lâm sàng, báo cáo bệnh án và công trình nghiên cứu. Dựa trên kiến trúc DeBERTa-v2, mô hình hỗ trợ nhận dạng tới 27 loại thực thể bao gồm gen, protein, tế bào, mô, tổ chức và các thành phần sinh học khác, đáp ứng nhu cầu ứng dụng trong khai thác tri thức y học và xây dựng đồ thị tri thức sinh học.
