🧬 Mô hình nhận diện thực thể ung thư sinh học – nhỏ gọn nhưng hiệu quả
Mô hình OpenMed-NER-OncologyDetect-TinyMed-65M tinh luyện trên corpus BioNLP 2013 CG, chuyên tìm kiếm thực thể liên quan tới di truyền học ung thư trong văn bản y học.
Mô hình này là một phiên bản nhẹ (TinyMed-65M) dựa trên DistilBERT, được tinh luyện chuyên sâu trên tập dữ liệu BioNLP 2013 Cancer Genetics (CG). Nó hỗ trợ việc trích xuất hơn 27 loại thực thể sinh học liên quan tới ung thư như gen, protein, tế bào, hệ cơ quan và các thành phần tế bào trong nghiên cứu ung thư và y học cá thể hóa.
