🧬 Mô hình NER ngành hóa học uncục từ OpenMed
Mô hình trí tuệ nhân biết chuyên dùng cho thuật ngữ di truyền liên quan tới ung thư, hỗ trợ khai thác thông tin sinh học lớp nhãn entity từ văn bản y tế và khoa học.
OpenMed-NER-OncologyDetect-MultiMed-568M là một mô hình transformer được tinh chỉnh để nhận dạng thực thể (NER) trong lĩnh vực di truyền ung thư. Dựa trên kiến trúc XLM-RoBERT, mô hình này được huấn luyện trên bộ dữ liệu BioNLP 2013 CG – một khoản dữ liệu chuẩn cho nhiệm vụ nhận dạng thực thể sinh học liên quan tới ung thư. Mục tiêu chính là hỗ trợ các ứng dụng như phát hiện tương tác thuốc, rút trích thuốc từ hồ sơ bệnh nhân, giám sát phản ứng phụ và khai thác tri thức sinh học từ văn bản.
