Mô hình NER chuyên biệt nhận dạng thực thể di truyền học ung thư từ văn bản y học và nghiên cứu khoa học.
OpenMed-NER-OncologyDetect-PubMed-335M là mô hình transformer được tinh chỉnh chuyên cho nhận dạng thực thể (NER) liên quan đến di truyền học ung thư. Mô hình hỗ trợ 27 loại thực thể bao gồm gen, protein, tế bào, mô và các thành phần sinh học liên quan đến ung thư. Được huấn luyện trên BIONLP2013_CG, mô hình đạt F1 0.88, phù hợp cho khai thác tri thức y học và xây dựng đồ thị tri thức sinh học.
