Mô hình nhận diện thực thể bệnh hôn hấn với 33 nhãn sinh học, được tinh chỉnh trên ModernBERT và đạt F1 = 0.77 trên BioNLP 2013 CG.
OpenMed-NER-OncologyDetect-ModernMed-395M là mô hình phân loại token chuyên dụng cho nhận diện thực thể liên quan đến di truyền học uncông (cancer genetics). Dựa trên ModernBERT, mô hình được tinh chỉnh trên bộ dữ liệu BioNLP 2013 CG, hỗ trợ trích xuất thực thể sinh học từ văn bản lâm sàng, báo cáo nghiên cứu và tài liệu y tế.
