🧬 Model NER ung thư nhỏ gọn cho thực thể di truyền ung thư
OpenMed-NER-OncologyDetect-EuroMed-212M nhận diện thực thể di truyền liên quan ung thư trong văn bản y sinh.
OpenMed-NER-OncologyDetect-EuroMed-212M là mô hình token-classification của OpenMed, chuyên nhận diện và phân loại thực thể di truyền liên quan ung thư trong văn bản lâm sàng và nghiên cứu. Mô hình được fine-tune trên corpus BioNLP 2013 CG, phát hành theo giấy phép Apache 2.0 và tương thích hệ sinh thái Hugging Face Transformers.

💡 Vì sao đáng chú ý
Mô hình compact (212M) phù hợp thử nghiệm và trích xuất thực thể ung thư trong literature mining hoặc prototype. So với các biến thể lớn hơn trong cùng họ OpenMed, chỉ số F1 thấp hơn, nên cần đánh giá thêm trên dữ liệu thực tế trước khi dùng production.
