Mô hình fine-tune trên DeBERTa-v2, tối ưu cho nhận dạng thực thể bệnh từ văn bản lâm sàng và nghiên cứu sinh học.
OpenMed-NER-DiseaseDetect-SuperClinical-184M là một mô hình phân loại token chuyên dụng, được huấn luyện để trích xuất các thực thể bệnh lĩnh xác từ văn bản y tế, nghiên cứu sinh học và tài liệu bệnh viện. Dựa trên kiến trúc DeBERTa-v2, mô hình này được fine-tune trên tập dữ liệu BC5CDR_DISEASE, một phần của khung đánh giá BioCreative V, chứa 1.500 trừu cảnh PubMed với 5.818 thực thể bệnh được chú thích thủ công.
