🧬 Mô hình NER di truyền hùng hồng trong ung thư – F1 đạt 0.90
Mô hình OpenMed-NER-OncologyDetect-SuperMedical-355M tinh luyện từ RoBERTa, chuyên trích xuất thực thể di truyền liên quan tới ung thư từ văn bản lâm sàng và nghiên cứu khoa học.
Đây là mô hình transformer được tinh luyện chuyên sâu trên bộ dữ liệu BIONLP2013_CG, hỗ trợ nhận dạng các thực thể như gen, protein, đường tín hiệu và các thành phần sinh học liên quan đến unCM trên các loại tài liệu y sinh học. Phù hợp cho khai thác tri thức bệnh hồi, khai phá thuốc mới và xây dựng đồ thị tri thức sinh học.
