🧬 OpenMed-NER-OncologyDetect-SuperMedical-125M — NER chuyên dùng cho Un acc
Mô hình transformer tinh luyện sẵn để trích xuất thực thể di truyền liên quan tới un acc từ văn bản lâm sàng và nghiên cứu khoa học.
Đây là mô hình RoBERTa được tinh luyện chuyên sâu trên bộ dữ liệu BioNLP 2013 CG (Cancer Genetics), nhằm hỗ trợ nhận dạng các thực thể sinh học liên quan đến un acc như gen, protein, tế bào và hệ thống cơ thể. Mô hình hỗ trợ tích hợp dễ dàng qua Hugging Face Transformers và đạt F1 = 0.85 trên bộ chuẩn đánh giá.

Khác với mô hình chung, phiên bản này tập trung vào ngữ cảnh sinh học lâm sàng, phù hợp cho khai thác tri thức từ hồ sơ bệnh nhân, bài báo nghiên cứu và cơ sở dữ liệu di truyền.
