OpenMed-NER-OncologyDetect-BigMed-560M là một mô hình transformer được tinh chỉnh chuyên biệt cho nhiệm vụ nhận dạng thực thể có tên (NER) trong lĩnh vực di truyền liên quan tới un acc. Dựa trên kiến trúc XLM-RoBERTa với 560 triệu tham số, mô hình này được huấn luyện trên bộ dữ liệu BioNLP 2013 CG – một kho dữ liệu chuẩn được chú trọng vào các thực thể sinh học liên quan tới un acc như gen, protein và quá trình phân tử.
Mô hình hỗ trợ nhận dạng và phân lớp tới 35 loại thực thể sinh học, bao gồm cả amino acid, hệ cơ quan, tế bào, thành phần tế bào, gen hoặc sản phẩm gen, chất hóa học đơn giản, mô, tổ chức và nhiều hơn nữa. Kết quả đánh giá cho thấy mô hình đạt F1 Score 0.86, Precision 0.86 và Recall 0.85, chứng thức hiệu suất ổn định trong trích xuất thông tin từ văn bản lâm sàng và nghiên cứu khoa học.
