OpenMed-NER-OncologyDetect-ElectraMed-33M là một mô hình Token Classification dựa trên kiến trúc Electra, được tinh chỉnh chuyên để nhận dạng các thực thể liên quan đến di truyền học ung thư từ văn bản y học như hồ sơ bệnh nhân, bài báo khoa học và tài liệu nghiên cứu. Mô hình được huấn luyện trên bộ dữ liệu BioNLP 2013 CG (Cancer Genetics), một khoản dữ liệu chuẩn được chú trọng vào việc gán nhãn các thực thể như gen, protein và quá trình phân tử liên quan đến ung thư.
