Mô hình token-classification chuyên biệt cho nhận dạng loài sinh vật trong văn bản sinh học và y tế.
OpenMed-NER-OrganismDetect-BioMed-109M là mô hình transformer được tinh chỉnh để nhận dạng tên loài sinh vật (species names) từ văn bản y học, nghiên cứu khoa học và tài liệu y tế. Mô hình sử dụng nhãn B-SPECIES và I-SPECIES, huấn luyện trên Species-800 — tập dữ liệu 800 trừu tượng được gán nhãn tay.
