Một bước tiến hướng tới mô hình nền tảng cho dữ liệu 3D thưa thớt.
Utonia là một encoder point cloud tự giám sát (self-supervised learning), được huấn luyện trên nhiều miền dữ liệu đa dạng bao gồm cảm biến từ xa, LiDAR ngoài trời, dữ liệu RGB-D nội bộ, mô hình CAD và điểm đám mây từ video RGB. Dù các nguồn dữ liệu có hình học cảm biến, mật độ và giả thuyết khác nhau, Utonia vẫn học được một không gian đại diện thống nhất và có khả năng truyền đạt tốt sang các tác vụ khác nhau.

- Đầu vào đa dạng: chấp nhận
[coord, color, normal], tự động xử lý khi thiếu màu hoặc pháp tuyến. - Kiến trúc mạng lớn: kênh (54, 108, 216, 432, 576), độ sâu (3, 3, 3, 12, 3), số đầu attention (3, 6, 12, 24, 32).
- Huấn luyện đa miền: kết hợp cùng lúc dữ liệu từ satellite, LiDAR, video, CAD...

💡 Vì sao đáng chú ý
Khác với các encoder truyền thống chỉ huấn luyện trên một nhóm dữ liệu, Utonia thử nghiệm với việc đồng thời huấn luyện trên nhiều miền dữ liệu 3D khác nhau. Điều này không chỉ nâng cao khả năng truyền đạt chung mà còn tạo ra những hành vi phát sinh chỉ xuất hiện khi các miền được kết hợp. Utonia mở đường cho các mô hình nền tảng trên dữ liệu 3D thưa thớt, hứa hẹn ứng dụng trong AR/VR, robot và xe tự hành.
