OpenMed-ZeroShot-NER-Anatomy-Medium-209M là một mô hình Named Entity Recognition (NER) zero-shot chuyên dụng cho nhận dạng thực thể cơ thể và cấu trúc giản định trong văn bản y tế. Dựa trên kiến trúc GLiNER, mô hình được tinh chỉnh trên dataset Anatomy gồm các thực thể như cơ quan, mô mảy, hệ cơ quan và các thành phần giản định liên quan đến cơ thể người.
Mô hình hỗ trợ trích xuất thông tin từ văn bản lâm sàng, báo cáo hình ảnh y khoa và ghi chú phẫu thuật mà không cần huấn luyện lại. Người dùng có thể linh hoạt định nghĩa loại thực thể cần trích xuất chỉ bằng cách cung cấp nhãn.
