🧬 OpenMed-NER-AnatomyDetect-ElectraMed-109M: Nhận dạng cơ quan, bộ phận cơ thể trong văn bản y tế
Mô hình transformer fine-tuned chuyên nhận dạng thực thể cơ thể người từ văn bản y tế, F1 đạt 0.88.
OpenMed-NER-AnatomyDetect-ElectraMed-109M là mô hình token-classification dựa trên Electra, được huấn luyện để trích xuất các thực thể giống cơ thể người như cơ quan, bộ phận cơ thể từ văn bản lâm sàng, nghiên cứu y học và tài liệu y tế. Mô hình hỗ trợ nhận dạng các thực thể được gán nhãn B-Anatomy và I-Anatomy, phù hợp cho ứng dụng như khai phá bằng chứng thuốc, trích xuất thuốc từ hồ sơ bệnh nhân, giám sát phản ứng phụ cảm và xây dựng đồ thị tri thức y sinh học.

Mô hình cung cấp giải pháp nhẹ (109M tham số) cho việc nhận dạng thực thể cơ thể người trong văn bản y tế, phù hợp tích hợp nhanh vào hệ thống NLP y tế mà không cần tài nguyên lớn. So với các mô hình lớn hơn như 560M, phiên bản này cân bằng giữa tốc độ và độ chính xác, thích hợp cho ứng dụng thời gian thực và môi trường có giới hạn tính toán.
