🧬 OpenMed-NER-SpeciesDetect-ModernMed-149M: Nhận diện tên loài sinh học trong văn bản y học
Mô hình fine-tuned trên ModernBERT, chuyên trích xuất tên loài và tên sinh vật từ văn bản y học và khoa học.
OpenMed-NER-SpeciesDetect-ModernMed-149M là một mô hình token classification dựa trên kiến trúc ModernBERT, được tinh chỉnh để nhận diện các thực thể loài sinh học (species) trong văn bản y học, nghiên cứu khoa học và tài liệu y tế. Mô hình nhận diện hai nhãn: B-SPECIES và I-SPECIES, hỗ trợ các ứng dụng như phát hiện tương tác thuốc, trích xuất thông tin bệnh nhân, giám sát phục tạp phụng ứng bất lợp, khai thác văn bản cho khám phá thuốc và xây dựng đồ thị tri thức sinh học.

- Độ chính xác cao: Tối ưu cho nhận dạng thực thể y sinh, đạt F1 = 0.85, Precision = 0.89, Recall = 0.81.
- Huấn luyện trên LINNAEUS: Sử dụng bộ dữ liệu chuyên biệt cho nhận diện tên loài trong văn bản sinh học.

Khác với các mô hình NER chung, mô hình này tập trung riêng cho nhận diện tên loài sinh học — một nhiệm vụ phức tạp do tên khoa học và tên thường gặp của sinh vật thường xuất hiện khác nhau trong cùng ngữ cảnh. Mô hình đã được kiểm chứng trên bộ chuẩn LINNAEUS và cho kết quả ổn định, phù hợp với cả hệ thống y tế lẫn nghiên cứu sinh học.
