🧬 Nhận diện tên loài sinh học trong văn bản y học với mô hình cực nhỏ gọn
Mô hình OpenMed-NER-OrganismDetect-TinyMed-82M — chuyên trích xuất tên loài sinh học từ văn bản khoa học và y tế.
Đây là mô hình transformer được tinh chỉnh (fine-tuned) nhỏ gọn, chuyên dùng để nhận diện và trích xuất tên loài sinh học (species names) từ văn bản y học, nghiên cứu khoa học và tài liệu y tế. Mô hình dựa trên bộ dữ liệu Species-800 — một bộ lưu trữ 800 trừu luận được chú thích thủ công với các nhắc đến tên sinh vật, hỗ trợ công nhận danh pháp sinh học và phân loại học.
