Mô hình chuyên dụng nhận dạng thực thể bệnh trên nền XLM-RoBERTa, được huấn luyện trên tập dữ liệu NCBI Disease.
OpenMed-NER-PathologyDetect-BigMed-560M là một mô hình token classification được tinh chỉnh để nhận dạng và trích xuất thực thể bệnh từ văn bản y tế, bao gồm hồ sơ bệnh nhân, bài báo khoa học và tài liệu nghiên cứu. Mô hình hỗ trợ nhận diện các thực thể thuộc nhãn B-Disease và I-Disease.

Mô hình được huấn luyện trên NCBI Disease corpus – tập dữ liệu chuẩn với 793 trừu tượng PubMed và 6.892 nhắc đến bệnh được ánh xạ tới 790 khái niệm bệnh duy nhất. Đây là lựa chọn tiết kiệm chi phí cho các ứng dụng NLP y tế nhanh mà vẫn đạt độ chính xác cao, đặc biệt phù hợp với nhiệm vụ khai thác tri thức y học và xây dựng đồ thị tri thức sinh học.
