🧬 OpenMed-NER-PathologyDetect-PubMed-109M: Mô hình trích xuất thực thể bệnh từ văn bản y học
Mô hình NER chuyên dụng cho nhận dạng thực thể bệnh từ văn bản lâm sàng, được huấn luyện trên NCBI DISEASE với F1 đạt 0.91.
OpenMed-NER-PathologyDetect-PubMed-109M là một mô hình transformer fine-tuned chuyên cho tác vụ nhận dạng thực thể bệnh (Disease Entity Recognition) trong lĩnh vực y học. Mô hình được huấn luyện trên bộ dữ liệu NCBI DISEASE, một bộ dữ liệu chuẩn vàng chứa 793 trừu tượng PubMed với 6.892 nhắc nhở bệnh được ánh xạ tới 790 khái niệm bệnh duy nhất từ MeSH và OMIM. Mô hình hỗ trợ trích xuất thực thể bệnh từ văn bản lâm sàng, báo cáo bệnh án, và tài liệu nghiên cứu y học.
