🧬 OpenMed-NER-GenomeDetect-ModernClinical-149M: Nhận dạng chính xác gen và protein trong văn bản y sinh
Mô hình NER chuyên biệt cho thực thể gen/protein, dựa trên ModernBERT, đạt F1 0.85 trên bộ dữ liệu BC2GM.
Đây là mô hình transformer được tinh chỉnh chuyên dụng để nhận dạng và trích xuất thực thể gen và protein từ văn bản lâm sàng, bài báo khoa học và tài liệu y tế. Mô hình hỗ trợ các ứng dụng như phát hiện tương tác thuốc, trích xuất thuốc từ hồ sơ bệnh nhân, giám sát tác phụng phụ, khai thác văn bản cho khám phá thuốc và xây dựng đồ thị tri thức sinh học.

Khác với các mô hình chung, OpenMed nhỏ gọn (149M tham số) được tối ưu riêng cho lĩnh vực sinh học y khoa, phù hợp cho các hệ thống cần tích hợp nhẹ nhưng vẫn đảm bảo độ chính xác cao trong trích xuất thực thể gen và protein.
