🎛️ BadUSB botnet mở rộng qua Telegram — implant PowerShell Windows từ Arduino/ATmega32U4

Demo khái niệm BadUSB (ATmega32U4) implant PowerShell trên Windows, duy trì kết nối qua Telegram bot net.

badusb_botnet là proof-of-concept cho phép thiết bị BadUSB (như Digispark/DigiSpark, Arduino Leonardo) tự động nhập khẩu và thực thi script PowerShell poc.ps1 trên máy Windows. PoC sử dụng Telegram bot làm kênh lệch để nhận lệnh từ C2.

✨ Điểm nổi bật

• Cấu hình Telegram C2: $BotToken, $ChatID tùy chỉnh để nhận lệnh qua bot Telegram.
• Payload PowerShell poc.ps1: tải về và thực thi ẩn trên Windows.
• Inject qua BadUSB: dùng Digispark/ATmega32U4 mô phỏng bàn phím gõ lệnh PowerShell.
• Tải payload bằng WebClient: [Net.ServicePointManager]::SecurityProtocol = [Net.SecurityProtocolType]::Tls12 + DownloadFile.
• Chạy ẩn: powershell.exe -windowstyle hidden -file poc.ps1.
• CMD fallback: certutil.exe -urlcache hoặc bitsadmin tải file khi PowerShell chậm.
• Persistance registry: thêm key vào HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run để chạy lại sau reboot.
• Hỗ trợ chuyển đổi thành .ino: dùng công cụ tại malduino.com/converter.

💡 Vì sao đáng chú ý

Khác với các PoC BadUSB chỉ mở terminal, dự án này tích hợp Telegram bot làm kênh C2, cho phép nhận lệnh từ xa sau khi implant. Payload poc.ps1 thực hiện tải về và chạy ẩn, kết hợp registry Run key để duy trì sự tồn tại qua khởi động lại. Hữu ích cho nghiên cứu AM/EDR, demo khái niệm trong môi trường lab.
