listeners là thư viện Rust đa nền tảng (cross-platform) giúp tìm ra các quy trình (process) đang lắng nghe trên các cổng mạng (network ports) một cách hiệu quả. Nó giải quyết bài toán kết nối giữa PID, tên quy trình và cổng mạng — một nhiệm vụ phức tạp do phụ thuộc vào các API hệ thống thấp cấp, nền tảng phụ thuộc và hiệu suất cao.
