Dự án của Ahmet Özlü phát triển bằng OpenCV 2.4.10, sử dụng blob detection để tựộng phát hiện, theo dõi và đếm xe trong video. Mỗi xe được gán ID duy nhất để tránh đếm trùng. Độ chính xác đạt ~95%, đang được cải tiến.
